Responsibilities For Software Engineer - Technical Support Specialist

  • Serve as support champion for production issues
  • Triage incoming issues and own from investigation through resolution
  • Build and improve internal tools to solve issues and decrease risk
  • Work with engineering teams to improve applications and infrastructure
  • Improve metrics for issue/bug triage and turnaround times
  • Develop relationships with engineering, product and customer support teams
  • Automate manual processes across team and company
  • Troubleshoot and identify issues in code
