The Senior Applications Engineer role involves:

• Designing special logistic machines for deployment projects
• Creating mechanical and electrical hardware interfaces between Exotec products and client systems
• Writing specifications for project hardware designs
• Analyzing client hardware needs and proposing optimized technical solutions
• Validating system layouts designed by hardware technicians
• Ensuring proper handover of designed machines to operational teams on client sites
• Providing support to operational teams when needed

Requirements include:

• BSc degree in robotics, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering
• 3+ years of professional engineering experience in materials handling, industrial/warehouse robotics, or logistics/distribution/supply chain
• Willingness to travel to client sites up to 40% of working hours
• Ability to switch between overall vision and advanced technical tasks
• Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Methodical problem-solving skills
