Description For Microsoft Power Apps & SharePoint Developer

Extreme Reach is seeking a Microsoft Power Apps & SharePoint Developer to join their IT team. This role is responsible for the development, deployment, and support of Power Applications within the Microsoft 365 solution. The ideal candidate will ensure best practices are implemented in developed solutions, provide oversight and guidance for proper implementation, and support the efficient use of Microsoft Power Apps & SharePoint products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing best practices, policies, and standards
  • Designing and developing Microsoft 365 applications and solutions
  • Analyzing and producing business requirements through stakeholder collaboration
  • Implementing custom solutions using Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and other Microsoft 365 services
  • Performing software design, debugging, testing, and deployment
  • Documenting and demonstrating solutions
  • Driving the adoption of cloud solutions using the Power Platform

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or STEM field (or Associate's degree with additional experience)
  • 3-5 years of related professional experience
  • 2-5 years of SharePoint/Power Apps experience
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 suite
  • Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services, and other relevant technologies
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
