The Lead Solutions Engineer position is a crucial client-facing role within Faculty's Frontier division, which delivers AI as a service product. Frontier is an AI-powered simulation technology that enhances decision-making across enterprises using computational twin framework. The platform connects AI models and organizational data to enable superior decision intelligence.

As a Lead Solutions Engineer, you'll be responsible for bridging the gap between customer needs and Frontier's capabilities. The role involves discovering client requirements, designing technical solutions, and supporting sales/delivery teams with well-scoped proposals. You'll lead technical discussions with executives, deliver compelling demonstrations, and influence product roadmaps through customer feedback.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in data science, software engineering, or solutions engineering, with significant experience in AI systems deployment.
