This role combines technical expertise with business development in the renewable energy sector.

The position involves comprehensive project management of renewable energy and energy storage initiatives, from conception to implementation. Key responsibilities include analyzing legislation, managing permit processes, conducting environmental impact studies, and evaluating site suitability for renewable energy projects. The role requires strong technical skills combined with business acumen to drive successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience, with strong technical capabilities in AutoCAD and MS Office. They should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills in English. Responsibilities For RES Business Development Engineer

  • Analyze and monitor legislation for RES and Energy Storage (BESS) projects
  • Support all stages of project development from permits to implementation
  • Manage preliminary project design evaluation
  • Communicate with public services for licensing process completion
  • Collaborate with consultants on licensing matters
  • Conduct Environmental Impact Studies, Road Construction and E/M studies
  • Evaluate site suitability for RES and energy storage projects
  • Communicate with landowners, real estate agents, and notaries
  • Conduct site inspections for new projects
  • Preliminary assessment of topographic and land suitability

Requirements For RES Business Development Engineer

  • Engineering degree from Technical University/University/Technical Institute
  • 3-4 years experience in a similar position
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn new technologies in RES sector
  • Creativity and innovation
  • Availability for travel
  • Driver's license
