Network Engineer - IP Networks

FCCN, the digital services division of FCT - Foundation for Science and Technology, is seeking a Network Engineer to join their Network Services Area. The role focuses on managing and developing the RCTS network, a high-performance network connecting educational and research institutions. The position involves working with IP networks, routing and switching, and participating in national and international projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in IP network configuration and troubleshooting, with strong knowledge of routing protocols and Ethernet protocols. They will join a specialized team serving the national and international education and science community, developing innovative and quality services.
