The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's or in-process master's degree in transportation, civil engineering, or related field. Responsibilities For Entry-level Transportation Engineer
- Conduct transportation analysis and write reports

Requirements For Entry-level Transportation Engineer
- Bachelor's or in-process master's degree in transportation, civil or electrical engineering, urban planning, or related field
- EIT certification preferred for engineering candidates
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, GIS, CAD software
- Knowledge of traffic operations analysis software (HCS, Synchro/SimTraffic, Vistro, VISSIM)
- Technical writing and public speaking experience
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Spanish, Tagalog, or Khmer language fluency preferred
- Experience with programming (Python and/or R) preferred
