Director, Architecture

This Technical Solution Architecture role focuses on associate desktop modernization across multiple product areas. The position involves working with business and technology leadership to define target architectures, roadmaps, and deliver technical products. The role requires hands-on work creating next-generation software components at one of the largest FinTech companies globally. Working in an agile environment, you'll collaborate with business sponsors, product owners, and engineers to design, implement, test, and deploy end-to-end technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong computer science foundation, excellent interpersonal and technical skills, and experience with integration projects and industry-standard patterns. The role supports 2-4 scrum teams, coordinates with product owners, and represents customer needs while ensuring alignment with business and technology goals. Fidelity offers a hybrid working model, requiring onsite work every other week in their office locations.
