Director, Architecture - AI/ML Solution Architect

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Director of Architecture to shape the future of their Wealth and Brokerage product experiences. As an AI/ML Solution Architect within the Digital Foundations Architecture (DFA) team, you'll play a crucial role in developing seamless voice and chat experiences using Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning models, and modular user interfaces. The role involves leading end-to-end architecture for virtual assistants and copilot experiences, working closely with business sponsors, project managers, and engineers to develop strategies and standards. The position requires expertise in Virtual Assistants, NLP, Search platforms, and cloud technologies, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer and associate experiences. The role is part of Fidelity's Enterprise Architecture team, contributing to the next generation of experience platforms across mobile, web, and voice interfaces. The position offers a hybrid working model, blending onsite and remote work, with requirements to work onsite every other week in a Fidelity office.
