Director - DevOps and Platform Engineering

Join Fidelity Labs, Fidelity's in-house new business incubator, to lead the next generation of DevOps infrastructure for current and future startups. As Director of DevOps and Platform Engineering, you'll be the primary interface between Fidelity's core DevOps/Infrastructure teams and Labs' technical teams. You'll simplify and expedite DevOps processes, guide startups through infrastructure setup, and own key relationships with core teams and vendors.

Key responsibilities include developing tools for new environment creation, managing relationships with core teams and vendors, advising on AWS/Azure implementations, owning issue resolution, and maintaining documentation. The role requires deep technical expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
