Director, Mobile Architecture

At Fidelity Enterprise Architecture (FEA), we are seeking an experienced Mobile Architect for a hands-on role driving the overall technical experience architecture of our foundational mobile platform. The position involves unifying mobile app architecture across 12 distinct apps owned by different business units, with varying architectures from fully native to hybrid apps. The role requires designing and implementing reusable experiences and libraries for both hybrid and native apps, while collaborating across product areas and business units.

Key responsibilities include engineering mobile applications end-to-end, defining architecture for mobile applications and SDKs, breaking down user interfaces into reusable components, designing APIs using REST and GraphQL, and driving the vision for a shared mobile platform. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of professional experience developing iOS/Android apps, deep knowledge of mobile architectures and trends, and experience with hybrid frameworks.
