Director, NX Workspace Engineer - Front End

Fidelity is seeking a seasoned technical lead front-end engineer to join their Web Platform team. This role focuses on empowering engineers working within NX Workspaces to deliver innovative features with high velocity and quality. The position requires extensive experience in front-end development, particularly with modern JavaScript frameworks and NX Workspace technologies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving implementation and standardization of shared tools across Fidelity, providing technical leadership, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. They will work with the NX Workspace Web Platform team to create a unified developer experience across Fidelity, focusing on standardized tools for testing frameworks, developer environments, and various implementations.

Key responsibilities include providing technical leadership, driving development standards, and growing front-end engineering talent through mentoring. The role requires deep expertise in front-end technologies, including Angular, TypeScript, and various testing frameworks. The position offers opportunities to directly impact the productivity and experience of front-end developers across multiple product areas and business units.
