Director, Workplace Digital Experience Architecture

Fidelity's Workplace Digital Experience (WDX) architecture team is seeking an experienced customer-focused digital solution architect to lead the development of next-generation cross-channel shared digital experiences. This role is crucial in modernizing and transforming digital capabilities within Defined Contribution (DC), Defined Benefits (DB), and Stock Plan Services products. The successful candidate will bridge business and technical teams, architecting solutions that will serve millions of customers across the US and Puerto Rico.

The position requires deep technical expertise in building large-scale web and mobile platforms, with specific experience in Federated GraphQL, Spring Boot, Java, and modern frontend technologies. The architect will be responsible for defining architectural patterns, providing technical guidance, and influencing product roadmaps through strategic recommendations.
