Principal Angular Software Engineer

Fidelity Asset Management Solutions (FAMS) is seeking a Principal Angular Software Engineer to join their dynamic engineering team. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, focusing on building Micro-Services and UIs for Convertible Liquid Alternatives products. The position offers a unique opportunity to work on broadening the portfolio capabilities within Liquid Alts products, dealing with various Market Instruments including Derivatives and Equities.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Angular, TypeScript, and frontend development, with a strong background in testing frameworks and Java backend environments. They'll be responsible for setting technical standards, mentoring team members, and driving engineering excellence through practices like Unit testing, ATDD, and DevOps.

Working in an agile environment, you'll collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Business Partners to deliver high-quality software solutions. The role requires excellent analytical and communication skills, with a focus on technical guidance and team leadership. Experience with cloud technologies like AWS and Kubernetes is advantageous.
