Principal Data Engineer

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Principal Data Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the organization's database systems. This role focuses on developing technical solutions using various tools including Snowflake, Oracle, Exadata, PostgreSQL, Goldengate, Veridata and HVR. The position requires expertise in database optimization, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include ensuring database scalability, reliability, and security, implementing HA/DR strategies, and working with mega-size databases on Oracle Exadata appliances. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle replication technologies and Snowflake database platforms.
