Senior Manager, Software Engineering

Fidelity Digital Assets℠, a Fidelity Investments Company, is seeking a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead their Orchestration team. This role combines engineering expertise with leadership skills to deliver scalable cloud-first solutions supporting Legal, regulatory and compliance needs. The position involves managing engineering associates and taking technical ownership of application portfolios.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of professional Software Engineering experience in Java, Spring boot and API Full Stack Development, along with 2-3 years of people management experience. AWS development experience is considered a plus. The role requires excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering cloud solutions at scale.

Key responsibilities include working closely with product owners and architects, leading strategic technology initiatives, enabling agile practices, and promoting engineering excellence. The role offers the opportunity to work in Fidelity's innovative digital assets division, helping bridge traditional institutional investors with digital assets like Bitcoin and Ethereum.
