Senior Software Engineer/Developer

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Senior Software Engineer/Developer to participate in full-stack web development. The role encompasses both front-end and back-end technologies, utilizing JavaScript frameworks like React and Angular, along with HTML and CSS for UI development. Back-end work involves Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and Python for building scalable server-side applications. The position requires expertise in database management using ORACLE and DB2, plus experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

Key responsibilities include developing creative technical solutions, designing applications for multiple platforms, supporting testing phases, creating comprehensive documentation, and establishing project plans. The role involves working on complex assignments across multiple project phases and performing independent technical analysis.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, with significant experience in developing cloud web services/API and deploying employer benefit services applications. Technical expertise should include infrastructure design, cloud platform tools, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and real-time data processing with Apache Kafka.
