Senior ETL/SSIS Data Engineer

FINARTIX Fintech Solutions S.A. is seeking a passionate and motivated Senior ETL/SSIS Data Engineer to join their team of IT professionals. This role will be crucial in developing, implementing, and managing technology-based solutions to enhance their clients' data ecosystem and overall delivery within the Greek market.

Key responsibilities include:

• Participating in the full software development lifecycle
• Implementing, testing, and maintaining custom data solutions
• Selecting appropriate methods for data collection and analysis
• Developing informed recommendations to support client business strategies
• Acting as a technical consultant for clients
• Working as a key member of an Agile Team

The ideal candidate will have:

• A BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development using MS SQL Server, ETL tools, and specifically SSIS
• 3 years of experience in data migration projects and the Banking Industry
• Strong understanding of software applications' principles and communication methods
• Excellent testing and quality assurance skills
• Good programming skills with a problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Analytical thinking and a problem-solving attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in both English and Greek (written and verbal)
