You'll collaborate across multiple teams including Revenue, Product, and Engineering, troubleshooting complex issues and contributing to product improvement. Responsibilities For Support Engineer

  • Collaborate with Revenue, Product, and Engineering teams on projects, features, and tasks
  • Manage Hubspot queue and answer tickets
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and document technical customer issues and solutions
  • Build strong relationships with Finix users and work to resolve their issues
  • Act as a customer advocate in cross-functional product meetings
  • Engage in team learnings to better understand the payments ecosystem

Requirements For Support Engineer

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar experience
  • Experience with RESTful JSON APIs, Curl Commands, SQL, scripting languages, debugging
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environment
  • Strong foundational knowledge of APIs
  • Experience with ticketing tools such as Hubspot
