Quality Engineer

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating in a cross-functional team for FireMon software product development
• Planning, executing, and tracking testing activities in an agile environment
• Participating in backlog refinement and advising on testability
• Maintaining test environments and monitoring application health
• Mentoring on best testing practices and auditing test cases
• Evaluating test technologies and participating in code reviews
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs and issues
• Reproducing and troubleshooting customer issues

Required skills and experience:

• Experience in Network Security
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in complete solution testing or full-stack development
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in test process improvements and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of network and network security management concepts
• Experience in testing network devices (manual or automated)
