Currently, booking a single truckload shipment requires up to 50 communications across various channels, consuming hours of time. FleetWorks' omni-channel AI automates this labor-intensive process, making it more efficient and streamlined.

As a Founding Software Engineer, you'll join a company that's already made significant inroads with top industry players, having secured several enterprise deals among the top 100 brokers in the U.S. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founding team, combining technical expertise with product ownership and AI innovation.

The position demands a fullstack developer who's passionate about AI, product development, and exceptional design. You'll be instrumental in handling tens of thousands of daily communications while coordinating complex agentic workflows. The role offers high agency in bringing AI transformation to transportation, including shipping new features, direct user interaction, and establishing company culture.
