Senior Business Intelligence Engineer - Order Management

Flexport is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer for their Order Management team. This role is crucial in transforming data from the new Supply Chain Solutions product into actionable insights for sellers and shippers. The ideal candidate will work on building solutions for customers using Flexport's emerging Order Management systems, connecting suppliers and contractors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Meeting with customers to understand their supply chain needs
• Working with business, operations, and technology teams to build datasets, metrics, and reports
• Becoming a domain expert in the market and competitive landscape
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements

The role requires:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Engineer, or similar role
• Strong SQL fluency
• Experience with Looker and Snowflake (preferred)
• Executive communication skills and empathy
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
