Cloud/DevOps Engineer EMEA (F/M/D)

Flowdesk is seeking a Cloud/DevOps Engineer EMEA to join their infrastructure team. This role involves improving, scaling, and maintaining Flowdesk's infrastructures that support a global high-frequency market maker. Key responsibilities include:

1. Enhancing CI/CD systems (FluxCD, Github actions, python scripting)
2. Optimizing Kubernetes operators and implementing update processes
3. Working on an in-house workload orchestrator solution using Rust
4. Implementing a private Git system
5. Developing DevOps practices, application-level reliability, and observability
6. Performance tuning, FinOps, and incident management
7. Supporting development processes and non-core systems
8. Participating in day-to-day operational activities
9. Collaborating with Flowdesk's teams to address their needs
10. Proposing improvements and bringing new ideas

The ideal candidate should have experience with Kubernetes, coding in Golang, and interest in Rust. Knowledge of Ansible, Terraform, Google Cloud, or AWS is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people are essential.
