The ideal candidate will bring strong programming experience, particularly in TypeScript and NodeJS, with additional value placed on Rust and Go knowledge. They should be comfortable designing complex systems, working with test frameworks, and solving problems in a fast-paced environment. Experience with web3 libraries and financial markets is advantageous.
