Responsibilities For Business Intelligence Developer I
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions
- Design and build efficient data models using reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Incorta, and SAP Analytics Cloud
- Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks through query optimization
- Create visually appealing and insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Document data models, transformations, and processes
- Identify automation opportunities and develop robotic process automation (RPA) flows
- Support, develop, and conduct training on digital user interfaces
- Participate in technical issues management
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies
Requirements For Business Intelligence Developer I
- Undergraduate or Masters degree in Information Technology / Management Information Systems (MIS)
- Strong data modeling and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in SQL for data modeling and querying
- 1-3 years of demonstrated, hands-on BI experience
- Ability to design efficient and effective data models
- Experience in creating and supporting ETL processes
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Ability to create visually appealing and insightful dashboards and reports
- Adept at understanding complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Willingness and ability to learn new tools and techniques
