DevOps Engineer

Fluence is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their global software engineering team focused on energy storage solutions. This role combines Platform Engineering, SRE, and DevOps responsibilities, requiring a self-starter who can drive change and improvements. The position demands expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and modern DevOps practices, with a focus on supporting multiple software products and enabling development teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing both on-premise and AWS cloud infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and driving automation initiatives. They'll work with tools like Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, and various AWS services while maintaining monitoring and alerting systems. The role requires strong communication skills as part of a globally distributed team.

This is a hybrid position requiring at least two days in the office per week and participation in an on-call rotation.
