Responsibilities For (Jr.) Commissioning Engineer - EMEA

  • Commission Fluence Projects working with multiple project stakeholders
  • Develop and execute commissioning plans including resourcing and scheduling
  • Lead commissioning effort to achieve commercial operations
  • Define, develop and execute testing protocols
  • Oversee commissioning and acceptance testing of project systems
  • Perform electricity market qualification testing
  • Travel throughout EMEA and internationally

Requirements For (Jr.) Commissioning Engineer - EMEA

Linux
  • Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering or equivalent professional qualification
  • Four years professional work experience in related field
  • Knowledge of SCADA protocols
  • Working knowledge on PLC and related systems
  • Experience with Managed Ethernet Switches and Media Converters
  • Experience with Inverters
  • Proven success on challenging projects
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage contractors
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Availability for extended travel (up to 70%)
  • Professional working levels of English and German
