Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and value-driven professional to join our sustaining production team as a Manufacturing Engineer. In this role, you will guide Fluence's success by bringing your knowledge and expertise to help maintain our culture as we grow.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving improved product quality by identifying manufacturing issues and developing cost-effective solutions
• Collaborating with contract manufacturers on implementing new products into production processes
• Developing and revising manufacturing documentation
• Supporting productivity improvement programs and resolving deviation events
• Assisting in product and process-related root cause analysis
• Tracking, reporting, and improving production-related KPIs

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience in an engineering role within a manufacturing environment
• Experience with contract manufacturers
• Problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
