Senior Automation Testing Engineer

Foodics, a leading restaurant management ecosystem and payment tech provider, is seeking a Senior Automation Testing Engineer to oversee the quality assurance process. The role involves:

• Working with software developers and project support teams to test products and identify deficiencies
• Investigating product quality to improve customer satisfaction
• Reviewing testing documentation and identifying key KPIs for product quality
• Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities
• Designing and executing test cases and scripts on test management tools
• Performing compatibility testing on software
• Testing in different environments including mobile and web
• Providing objective feedback to the development team
• Preparing and presenting test reports
• Training and mentoring junior software testing engineers

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in mobile testing
• Strong knowledge of mobile testing methodologies and best practices
• Experience with mobile automation testing tools such as Appium
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of mobile app performance testing and optimization
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
