Responsibilities For Senior Equipment Engineer

  • Define preventive maintenance activities on automated equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
  • Oversee and maintain pneumatic, mechanical and hydraulic systems
  • Provide hands-on support for high-volume manufacturing operations
  • Optimize equipment settings for quality and throughput
  • Implement upgrades and modifications to enhance station performance

Requirements For Senior Equipment Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Over 5 years in manufacturing equipment design, build, and commissioning
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD)
  • Experience in designing bulk materials dispensing equipment and high-speed motion systems
  • Familiarity with PLC hardware, and automation systems
  • Strong communication skills across various engineering and business functions
  • Demonstrated track record of innovative hardware design and engineering
