In this role, you'll lead the development of testing processes, particularly focusing on leak testing and Hipot/continuity testing for novel battery manufacturing technologies. You'll work closely with various teams, including Equipment, R&D, and Quality, to ensure successful implementation of manufacturing processes. Your expertise in statistical analysis and process optimization will be crucial in driving improvements and maintaining high quality standards.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of manufacturing experience, strong technical knowledge, and excellent problem-solving skills.
