Responsibilities For Staff Manufacturing Engineer, Powder Processing

  • Conceptualize, model, and build specifications for next-generation high volume manufacturing lines
  • Provide DFM assessments to product design & R&D teams
  • Develop, de-risk, and validate new production methods
  • Own manufacturing workcells from specification through final design and commissioning
  • Collaborate with factory and industrial engineering teams on factory layout and material flow
  • Coordinate with customer teams on system standards
  • Train engineers and equipment operators on new equipment

Requirements For Staff Manufacturing Engineer, Powder Processing

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
  • 7+ years experience in pilot line or manufacturing environment
  • Experience in manufacturing process design, equipment procurement, and commissioning
  • Experience working with external vendors and partners
  • Experience with high throughput bulk material handling equipment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
