Forseven, an innovative automotive company, is revolutionizing the car industry through cutting-edge technology and engineering excellence. We're seeking a Lead Development Integration Engineer to join our expanding team near Leamington Spa, reporting to our Development Manager.
The role focuses on leading development testing across multiple programs, facilitating test activities across various systems and attribute targets including Performance, Efficiency & Drivability, Aerothermal, HV LV & EMC. You'll work closely with Function, Attribute & Simulation teams to optimize development plans.
As a Lead Development Integration Engineer, you'll be responsible for understanding how Attribute & System tests fit within the overall validation process, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring robust engineering plans are in place. You'll manage test facility utilization and maintain high standards for test requirements and procedures.

Responsibilities For Lead Development Integration Engineer
- Lead workstreams within multi-disciplined cross-functional attribute/system team
- Define appropriate test assets: Vehicle, Buck or Rig
- Act as a Technical Lead within a team of Development Engineers
- Ensure robust Engineering DVP & Asset timing plan for development testing
- Support test facility utilisation and bookings
- Ensure adequate test requirements and procedures are in place
Requirements For Lead Development Integration Engineer
- Broad experience in Vehicle Development/Testing
- Experience using data acquisition and instrumentation systems
- Proficient in vehicle network Interrogation/Diagnostics/Manipulation analysis & simulation
- Technical Leadership skills
- Knowledge of H&S practices and vehicle risk assessments
