Lead Program Engineer - Electrical and Electronic Systems

Reporting to the Vehicle Line Manager, this role will lead the development and delivery of Electrical and Electronic hardware and associated software for new vehicle projects.

The successful candidate will manage the delivery of electrical systems, collaborate with Chief Engineers, lead a matrix team of engineers, and work closely with cross-functional departments. They will be responsible for project deliverables throughout the lifecycle, including engineering process requirements, commodity planning, and engineering releases.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of automotive Electronic/Electrical architectures, understanding of Functional Safety processes, and cyber security requirements. They should have proven leadership experience and excellent project management skills.
