Description For Lead Program Engineer - Electrical and Electronic Systems

Forseven is an innovative automotive company operating in stealth mode, focused on revolutionizing the electric vehicle industry through cutting-edge advancements and sustainable solutions. They are seeking a Lead Program Engineer for Electrical and Electronic Systems to join their rapidly growing team. Reporting to the Vehicle Line Manager, this role will lead the development and delivery of Electrical and Electronic hardware and associated software for new vehicle projects.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work with some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field. The successful candidate will manage the delivery of electrical systems, collaborate with Chief Engineers, lead a matrix team of engineers, and work closely with cross-functional departments. They will be responsible for project deliverables throughout the lifecycle, including engineering process requirements, commodity planning, and engineering releases.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of automotive Electronic/Electrical architectures, understanding of Functional Safety processes, and cyber security requirements. They should have proven leadership experience and excellent project management skills.   • Work with Electrical and Controls Chief Engineers to ensure technical deliverables meet expectations
  • Provide leadership to a matrix team of multi-disciplined electrical and electronic engineers
  • Manage project deliverables including engineering process requirements, commodity planning, and engineering releases
  • Collaborate with Project Management Office and cross-functional departments

Requirements For Lead Program Engineer - Electrical and Electronic Systems

  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role overseeing engineering teams
  • Strong technical knowledge of automotive Electronic/Electrical architectures
