They are seeking a Lead Program Engineer for Electrical and Electronic Systems to join their rapidly growing team near Leamington Spa.
The role reports to the Vehicle Line Manager for Electrical and Electronic systems and offers the opportunity to lead the development and delivery of Electrical and Electronic hardware (and associated software) for new vehicle projects. This is a pivotal position working alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.
The ideal candidate will manage the delivery of overall electrical systems, collaborate with Chief Engineers, lead a matrix team of engineers, and work closely with cross-functional departments. They should have strong technical knowledge of automotive E/E architectures, functional safety processes, and cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities For Lead Program Engineer - Electrical and Electronic Systems
- Manage delivery of the overall electrical system and associated software content for new vehicle programmes
- Work with Electrical and Controls Chief Engineers to ensure technical deliverables meet expectations
- Provide leadership to a matrix team of multi-disciplined electrical and electronic engineers
- Manage project deliverables including engineering process requirements and commodity planning
- Collaborate with Project Management Office and cross-functional departments
Requirements For Lead Program Engineer - Electrical and Electronic Systems
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role overseeing engineering teams
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive Electronic/Electrical architectures
- Knowledge of Functional Safety processes
- Knowledge of Cyber security requirements
- Excellent project and stakeholder management
- Electronics, Control Systems, Automotive or similar honours engineering degree
