Responsibilities For Lead Paper Converting Systems Engineer

  • Lead and support mechanical design effort on paper converting and packaging systems projects
  • Execute capital projects within scopes, costs, and schedules
  • Develop concepts, deliverables, effort hours, and estimated cost for engineering proposals
  • Prepare systems analysis and conceptual designs
  • Delegate design work and hold team members accountable
  • Perform QAQC of design packages
  • Interface with clients and vendors
  • Work in manufacturing environment gathering field data
  • Lead design reviews
  • Provide startup support and troubleshooting
