As a Staff Engineer at Found, you'll play a crucial role in the Engineering team, reporting to the Director of Engineering. Your primary focus will be enabling medical providers to deliver effective and efficient patient care through technology. This role offers an opportunity to significantly impact product strategy and development, working closely with product and operations teams.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of full-stack experience, particularly with Node.js and React, and has a strong background in database systems. You'll lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and help shape the engineering culture. Your experience in implementing new technologies and driving organizational success will be valuable in this role.
