This role involves tackling complex challenges with real-world impacts, improving the performance and quality of business software, and establishing continuous testing processes. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in performance testing activities and be able to quickly analyze application performance, identify bottlenecks, and resolve software inefficiencies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating and executing performance testing activities as an SME
- Preparing and executing performance test scripts for various types of testing
- Developing and implementing performance testing strategies
- Analyzing metrics and providing improvement recommendations
- Building and maintaining a Performance Testing Suite
Required skills:
- Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Experience with load testing tools (e.g., Apache JMeter, SiteSpeed, LightHouse)
- Familiarity with APM tools (e.g., NewRelic, Datadog)
- Experience in front-end Web Page loading & rendering performance analysis
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization
- SQL tuning and DB monitoring experience
- Coding experience in Java, Python, or Ruby
