Senior Fullstack Engineer - Logistics & WMS

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join the Technology hub of a retail company with over 100 years in the Argentine market. In recent years, they have hired +110 people focusing on their core products (Marketplace, E-Commerce/Retail, Logistics, Fintech, and Branches). Their objective as a strategic area is to enhance and accelerate the business, consolidating their leadership in the industry through simple, innovative, scalable, and impactful technological products, as well as expanding the business model as a Technology and Services company.

They are currently working on a new project to design and architect a new WMS (Warehouse Management System) that will have several phases: Starting with stores across the country to improve delivery experience and customer experience, and then impacting distribution centers. It's a very ambitious project, and the team being assembled for this is completely new.

The role involves collaborating in defining, implementing, and complying with standards and best practices, managing the backlog, collaborating with the leader in prioritizing and refining technical stories, supporting solution architecture design, recognizing impediments to team efficiency ("technical debt"), proposing and implementing solutions, and interacting with the development, QA, and product teams.

The position offers direct employment with the company (not through a consultancy), with a formal employment relationship, salary in Argentine pesos (with annual bonuses + benefits). The search is open only in the Argentine Republic, and the day-to-day work will be remote.
