Site Reliability Engineer

As the first Site Reliability Engineer at Freed, you'll have a significant impact on establishing the core of this crucial function. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and expanding cloud infrastructure (Azure, Kubernetes)
• Implementing observability instrumentation, dashboards, and alerts
• Collaborating with product teams on infrastructure needs
• Implementing security requirements (HITRUST and SOC2)
• Maintaining databases (PostgreSQL, Redis) with backups, migrations, and security controls

We're looking for candidates with:

• 7+ years of experience in SRE or related roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Git, Kubernetes, Bash, and Networking
• Familiarity with Azure, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Github, and VSCode
• Security-oriented mindset
