As an FPGA Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing critical systems for the world's first production-scale automated metal 3D printing factory. You'll work with cutting-edge FPGA technology like Xilinx Zynq Ultrascale+ MPSoC, developing high-speed data processing and hardware-accelerated AI capabilities. The role offers hands-on experience with real-time hardware interfaces, neural network inference, and custom communication protocols. You'll join a collaborative team of interdisciplinary engineers in a state-of-the-art 35,000 square foot facility in Hawthorne, CA. Responsibilities For FPGA Engineer
- Develop real-time hardware interface IPs for sensing stack
- Design and develop high performance neural network inference, DSP and image processing IPs
- Develop custom real-time low latency communication protocols
- End to end validation of digital designs through simulations and HITL
- Integrate digital designs with embedded software
Requirements For FPGA Engineer
- Bachelor's or master's in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering
- 3+ years of FPGA development experience
- Proficient in VHDL or (System)Verilog
- Familiarity with Xilinx Vivado development environment
