As a Manufacturing Operations Engineer, you'll lead the optimization and scaling of production processes for their cutting-edge metal 3D printing technology. The role involves working in a 35,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility in Hawthorne, CA, where you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production, improve efficiency, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You'll be responsible for developing operational strategies, refining post-print processes, managing production workflows, and working closely with engineering, business development, and leadership teams.
