Senior DevOps/Linux Systems Engineer

Freeform is deploying software-defined, autonomous metal 3D printing factories around the world, bringing the scalability of software to physical production. We are looking for a highly passionate and self-motivated Senior DevOps/Linux Systems Engineer to play a critical role in building our IT infrastructure.

In this role, you will architect and deploy a wide variety of IT solutions to enable our advanced heterogeneous computing environment to process petabytes of data and integrate with a hybrid cloud platform. You'll be responsible for building highly resilient, high-performance, scalable, and flexible IT systems, designing and implementing compute and storage environments to support ML, big data, and Kubernetes workloads, and performing various DevOps activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Setting up monitoring and alerting systems
• Collaborating with security teams to implement best practices
• Troubleshooting technical issues across various operating systems, applications, and hardware

We're looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience in IT Linux systems engineering, strong knowledge of containerization technologies, cloud platforms, and automation tools. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and Linux scripting is essential.
