  • Work cross functionally to create and implement manufacturing operations processes for high-volume metal 3D printing factory
  • Ensure processes meet production goals, customer requirements, and delivery schedules
  • Refine and accelerate post-print processes and delivery of customer parts
  • Build, integrate, and service printing systems and new factory architecture
  • Engage with engineering teams to improve R&D operations efficiency
  • Work with business development and executive team on production strategies
