As a Staff Systems Integration Engineer, you will:
- Define strategies and architectures for fully automated NGS workflows
- Drive system performance evaluation and troubleshoot system-level issues
- Provide expertise in risk management and design reviews
- Lead system integration, bug tracking, and configuration management
- Develop and execute system-level test plans and protocols
- Provide technical solutions to complex problems
- Ensure high-quality technical documentation
- Lead junior Systems Engineers/Scientists and laboratory staff

The ideal candidate will have:
- Advanced degree in engineering or science with 5-12 years of experience
- Direct experience in NGS assays and automation solutions
- Experience in regulated environments and clinical diagnostic products
- Strong background in Systems Engineering and related disciplines
- Technical team leadership experience
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
