Forward Deployed AI Engineer

As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of helping customers successfully implement AI solutions, particularly focusing on LLMs and RAG systems.

The role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, requiring both deep AI knowledge and excellent communication skills. You'll lead workshops, prototype solutions, and guide customers through implementation while ensuring they get the most value from the Freeplay platform. Your responsibilities include owning customer-facing documentation, providing technical support, and contributing to product development through customer feedback.
