As a Consultant, Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality Java applications. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. The role requires writing well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices, performing code reviews, and optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, 3-5 years of experience in Java development, strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring Framework, and SQL, and experience with web technologies. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, strong communication and teamwork skills, and familiarity with microservices architecture, cloud platforms, containerization technologies, and CI/CD practices.
