Senior Analytics Engineer

Fresha, the leading marketplace platform for beauty & wellness, is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join their global team. With over 110,000+ businesses and 450,000+ professionals worldwide, Fresha has processed over 1 billion appointments to date. The platform provides an all-in-one solution for beauty and wellness businesses, including appointment booking, POS, customer management, and marketing automation.

Reporting to the VP Analytics, you'll work with Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, and Commercial leadership to model data and provide clean, accurate datasets. Your role will be crucial in transforming, testing, and validating data from various sources to create a comprehensive view of Fresha's operations.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, work autonomously, and have a passion for making an impact. You'll be responsible for developing data models, maintaining ELT pipelines in Snowflake, and coaching team members. Experience with SQL, dbt projects, and data warehousing systems is essential.
