The role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, changing environment within a cross-functional product team. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you'll be accountable for designing and developing applications, coordinating with team members across different infrastructure layers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, building, and maintaining efficient React code
- Ensuring optimal performance and quality of applications
- Identifying and solving bottlenecks and bugs
- Maintaining code quality and organization
- Involvement in all stages of product development
- Shaping future architecture and best practices
- Contributing to a healthy engineering culture
The ideal candidate will have proven experience with React, Redux, and modern JavaScript toolchains. They should be passionate about writing maintainable code, able to plan and deliver small engineering projects, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Fresha offers a hybrid work model, with four days in the office and one day remote. The Warsaw office is located at Aleje Jerozolimskie 81, 02-001 Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities For Senior Frontend Engineer (B2B - Warsaw)
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable React code
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Be involved in all stages of building products from inception, through delivery and beyond
- Help to shape the future of our architecture and best practices
- Contribute to a healthy engineering culture of feedback and growth
Requirements For Senior Frontend Engineer (B2B - Warsaw)
- Proven experience in writing complex JavaScript SPA
- Proven experience with React + Redux
- Proven experience with a modern JS toolchain: NPM, Lerna, Webpack, ESLint,...
- A passion to write well-structured, easily maintainable, well-documented code that balances beauty and pragmatism
- Ability to plan and deliver small engineering projects
- Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to interact with people from across the business and build strong relationships, including the ability to influence upwards effectively
- Happy to roll sleeves up and assist the team when required (team player)
