Staff Frontend Engineer

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Staff Frontend Engineer to join our global business. Reporting to the Head of Engineering for a tribe and working with key stakeholders, you will be accountable for technical vision, strategy, and execution in your team, proactively managing technical risks at Fresha.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver cross-team and cross-tribal technical initiatives
• Take ownership of architecture for a tribe
• Provide technical guidance and make architectural decisions
• Create improvements in stability, performance, and scalability
• Ensure timely delivery of team projects
• Lead by example in following engineering practices
• Collaborate with diverse functions within the team
• Facilitate continuous learning and improvement
• Maintain Fresha's quality, reliability, and scalability standards
• Anticipate technical changes and keep Fresha ahead of the curve
• Act as a multiplier by building systems and tools
• Communicate Fresha's technology externally and lead internal discussions
